Massage, position changes, essential oils, etc. She was personable while also allowing the space I needed in different moments of my labor. She is one of the best communicators and kindest people I know.

Having multiple support people including a doula and my husband was the perfect solution for me. They each provided a different type of support and Jessica respected any wishes I had for my husband to step in during emotional moments.
