“A few of my favorite things about Mama Mae’s yoga:

  • well-suited for all levels

  • uses meditation in her practices (which my doctor told me is physical therapy for the brain!)

  • helped me to feel better with myself and all my flaws with her positive speech throughout each practice!

  • huge help with correcting posture/giving tips on which muscles are firing up, etc. so I get the most out of my practice!

Mama Mae’s yoga is well worth everyone’s time! I hugely wish I could attend more practices but with the time differences where I live, I get to attend via Zoom when it works!
