well-suited for all levels
uses meditation in her practices (which my doctor told me is physical therapy for the brain!)
helped me to feel better with myself and all my flaws with her positive speech throughout each practice!
huge help with correcting posture/giving tips on which muscles are firing up, etc. so I get the most out of my practice!
Mama Mae’s yoga is well worth everyone’s time! I hugely wish I could attend more practices but with the time differences where I live, I get to attend via Zoom when it works!
